Privacy Policy

ADRA Australia's Getting Connected collects information when a site visitor submits an online form for the purposes of registration, survey completion or payment. Survey data collected from users may be aggregated, specifically excluding personal information, to: 

We do not share any personal information with any third parties without the express permission of the user of this site (whether individual or institutional eg, a school).

We collect site traffic information in order to help us deliver high quality content to our visitors. We do not collect any information though our traffic logging that allows us to personally identify users.  You may opt out of receiving any contact from us. To do this, please email us.

 

Information Collection

ADRA Australia will not collect any personal information about you (eg, your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily through visible means of data entry or collection. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. You may supply information by responding to online surveys and registration pages, subscribing to our newsletters, placing an order on line, or sending an e-mail to ADRA Australia. Given the inherent operation and nature of the Internet, all Internet transmissions are done at your own risk. If you provide us your email address, you agree to allow us to correspond with you and send you information periodically.

 

Effective Connectedness Indicator Survey (ECI) & other ADRA Australia Survey Information

ADRA Australia's Getting Connected survey information, including information collected from the ECI Survey Instrument, is collected and calculated in a database secured behind a firewall and is accessible only to ADRA Australia and its instrument's administration team. Names and other personal identifying information is not collected, other than group designation (for example, whether the survey participant is a student, teacher or parent), gender and grade level.

All included will maintain confidentiality of the information collected. You agree to these terms by use of these survey forms.

 

Accuracy of Personal Information

 You have the right to request access to and to change inaccurate personal information ADRA Australia has obtained from you at any time.

To make a request to access any information ADRA Australia holds about you, please contact us in writing. ADRA Australia may require you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. A fee may be charged to cover the cost of verifying your application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested.
